I sent a video to 6 A&A companies. Most of them quoted very high. The highest quote was twice as much as the lowest! MS Projects contacted me via Whatsapp instead but I ignored them. But Gina of MS Projects gave me a call and instinctively I answered. So I invited her to come by my shop and see for herself. Much to my surprise, within an hour or two, she was at my shop. Can you believe it? Within minutes she surveyed the place and quoted at a lower price than what was then the lowest quote. I was impressed by Gina. I would like to commend MS Projects for a job well done. Due to the COVID-19 situation, I have been forced to let go of my rented shophouse unit. Being an SME, I do not have much experience in the requirements of a tenant returning a bare unit to the landlord. I approached a few contractors, including MS Projects, who came for a site visit. Through our conversations, it is clear the MS Projects displayed the knowledge and expertise for a total solution. There are so many services (electrical, water, hacking, false ceilings, partitions, floor leveling, and so on) that need to be coordinated. Your assurance that you are using your in-house workers leaves me with greater peace in my mind. During implementation, you even checked the neighbor units for their opening hours, so that they would not be disturbed, especially during the hacking. These small acts of consideration showed that you are meticulous in your planning and attention to small details. Of course, projects will not be called projects if they are without hiccups. When my landlord approached you to stop work, I appreciated that you have been firm and referred him to me. This was important because the longer it drags, the longer I had to continue paying rent. I am constantly worried about the challenge to bring down the air-conditioner compressor units from the rooftop, considering the lack of access. It is made harder with occasional rains that threaten to derail the schedule. You surprised me when you informed me that the compressors are already brought down to ground level over a weekend. All in all, I am very satisfied with your professional service and dedication. Thank you.
